The Reverend Scott Phillips, Presbyterian Campus Minister

Before coming to Raleigh to serve as the Campus Ministry Scott was an New Church Development Pastor in Vancouver, Washington where he was the organizing pastor of the East Woods Presbyterian Church. Before that he was a parish associate at the Cascades Presbyterian Church (also in Vancouver) and an associate pastor at the Whitworth Presbyterian Church in Spokane, WA. Scott is a graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and San Diego State University (B.A.). He also received a teaching degree from Portland State University. He has served on several denominational Youth Ministry Councils and has been very active in the youth ministry conferences at Montreat.
